The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Kaptura.ai disclaims all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the service will be error‑free or available at all times. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding a claim and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kaptura.ai and its affiliates from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your licence to use the service ends immediately.
